All orders are prepared and shipped out from COSRX warehouse located in Korea. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be able to see the shipment details on “My Orders” page. The estimated delivery time is 10~35 business days. Please note circumstances out of our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
Received a defective item or a product you did not order?
If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team. We will investigate on the issue and replace with a new product. You do not have to return the product to us. Please make sure to enter your contact information and photo(s) of the parcel for better and faster assistance.
Delivery Failure
- Missing If a parcel does not reach a customer within 35 days of shipping, we regard it as missing. In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a refund.
- Unclaimed Return Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, make sure to enter correct address and contact information.

COSRX can only accept returns for items purchased through www.cosrx.com If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or the store directly.
If you would like to return the items for any reason, we will gladly accept them. Please return them in their original packaging, unopened and unused, within 30 days of the delivered date. We will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are not refunded and that some products on sale may not be refundable with prior notice. All returns will be charged with a restocking fee (10% of the purchase amount), and it will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How do I pay through wire transfer?
If you chose to pay for your products with wire transfer option, our site will provide the bank account info to which you should make the payment. Depending on your bank and your country’s system, you can either take this information to the local bank to make the wire transfer OR make the wire transfer online via your bank’s online system. How can I pay with my credit/debit card using Paypal?
Paypal site so that you can sign in and verify your account. Once your Paypal account has been verified, you will either be asked to put in your credit/debit card information OR if your card information is already synced to your Paypal account, it will take you to the next step and lead you to pay for your purchase. In which currency is my payment made?
